VOTE FOR ANNABEL PETERSON

Posted by xaviervir on August 12, 2010

It’s official !

Annabel Peterson is running for San Pablo City Council.   Annabel is running against the incumbents Genoveva Calloway and Paul Morris.  Annabel was a member of the residents group ‘San Pablo Against Eminent Domain’ and is a present member of the  ‘San Pablo Community Alliance’.   Annabel Peterson is an outspoken opponent of eminent domain in the City of San Pablo and deserves our support.  VOTE FOR ANNABEL PETERSON!

  1. Can someone email me about this?

Under CA redevelopment law, how long does the eminent domain
provision last in the plan area?
    Thanks,

      Marilynne:
google:hcd.ca.gov/hpd/rda/rdalaw. There is list of all RDA laws. Maybe around Sec 33333.2 (per Margaret). As I recall, it’s 12 years and then to renew there must be a noticed public hearing.
