Eminent Domain

The San Pablo City Council is about to place over 95% of the city into two project areas which would be subject to eminent domain. This power of eminent domain would be given to the Redevelopment Agency to do as they please for the next 12 years. The Redevelopment Agency could then seize a citizens private property without the owner’s consent. THIS MUST NOT HAPPEN!
